At FurryFlourish, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Below is everything you need to know about how we process and ship your pet wellness products.

Processing Times

  • Standard orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Expedited orders are processed within 1 business day.

  • Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping Options & Rates (Contiguous U.S.)

Free Standard Shipping

  • Orders over $250 qualify for free shipping.

Orders under $250:

  • USPS Ground Advantage (3–5 business days): $6.99

  • FedEx Ground: $11.99

Shipping applies to addresses in the Lower 48 states.

Heavy Package Shipping Rates (Weight-Based Table)

For orders over 50 pounds, shipping is charged based on total weight:

  • 51–99 lbs: $29.99

  • 100–199 lbs: $49.99

  • 200–299 lbs: $99.99

  • 300–399 lbs: $149.99

  • 400–499 lbs: $199.99

  • 500+ lbs: $249.99

Note: Free shipping and flat-rate pricing apply only up to 50 lbs. Beyond that, these table rates will be used, regardless of the order value.

Standard Shipping

  • Delivery time: 3–6 business days

  • All shipments are fully insured and traceable

  • Tracking details are sent by email once your order ships

Expedited Shipping

  • Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional cost

  • These orders are prioritized and ship within 1 business day

  • Please note: Expedited orders do not deliver on weekends

Shipping to AK, HI, APO/FPO, Guam, PR, and VI

  • For orders under 50 lbs: flat rate shipping of $15.99

  • All shipments use USPS Priority Mail only

  • Military addresses (APO/FPO) may experience delays up to 6 weeks

  • We may not receive tracking for APO/FPO shipments beyond U.S. delivery points

  • Note: USPS does not ship lithium batteries to these regions

Order Tracking

  • Most orders will receive tracking info via email once shipped

  • If you don’t receive tracking details, contact our team at contact@furryflourish.com

Multiple Packages

  • Orders may arrive in multiple shipments from different warehouses

  • Check your order status under the “Orders” section in your account for updates

Alaska & Hawaii

  • We use USPS or UPS

  • Delivery time may take 7–10 business days

  • Shipping cost is calculated at checkout

  • Note: USPS does not ship lithium batteries overseas

Guam, Puerto Rico & U.S. Virgin Islands

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout

  • All packages are sent via USPS Priority Mail and are fully insured

  • Note: USPS does not ship lithium batteries overseas

PO Boxes

  • We do not ship to PO Boxes. A physical address is required.

Volume Purchase Orders

  • Free or “No-Rush” shipping does not apply to wholesale or volume-discounted orders

  • Shipping rates for such orders will be included in your custom quote

Backorders

  • Backordered items ship immediately when available at no extra cost

GSA Orders

  • We ship GSA orders to the continental U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico

  • Custom freight charges will apply

  • Note: GSA orders do not qualify for free shipping

International Shipping

We currently do not ship internationally. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Holiday Shipping

Please note that delivery may be delayed during national holidays due to warehouse closures. Specific closure dates may vary.
