Hey there, and thanks for shopping with us! We understand that sometimes things don’t work out—and that’s totally okay. Here’s how we handle returns and refunds to keep things simple, clear, and stress-free.

30-Day Return Window

You’ve got 30 days from the day your order is delivered to decide whether you want to keep it. If you change your mind, no problem—we’re here to help with your return.

Before You Return: A Few Quick Checks

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unopened, unused, and in its original condition, with tags and original packaging.

  • Please have your receipt or proof of purchase ready.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact Us First: Email us at contact@furryflourish.com to request a return.

  2. Wait for Approval: If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and clear instructions.

  3. Important: Please don’t send anything back without our approval—we can’t accept returns that weren’t approved in advance.

Received the Wrong or a Damaged Item?

If your order arrived damaged, defective, or just not what you ordered—let us know right away. We’ll make it right for you.

Shipping Costs & Fees

  • Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping is your responsibility.

  • Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee applies to all returned items.

  • Unopened = Refundable: We only accept unopened items for refund.

  • Opened Products: Unfortunately, we cannot accept opened or used items for return.

When Will I Get My Refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We’ll email you to confirm whether your refund is approved.

  • If approved, we’ll issue the refund (minus any applicable fees) to your original payment method.

  • Please note: It may take a few days for your bank or card company to process and post the refund.
